Claudia graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 1984 with a degree in Accounting. She passed the C.P.A. exam and received her Wisconsin license in 1987. After working for two local accounting firms for seven and a half years, she ventured out on her own in October 1991. She started her firm in Spring Valley with much hard work and support from her husband, Mike, and their three daughters, Hillary, Katie, and Erin. As the business grew, the need for more office space also increased. In 1995 Claudia and family purchased and completely remodeled a building in downtown Spring Valley, finishing just in time for the 1996 tax season. The Traynors are lifetime residents of the area and are committed to providing dedicated service in the years ahead. Amy Wilkinson has an Associates Degree in Accounting and has been working for Claudia since 1999. She looks forward to each tax season and seeing returning clients. She enjoys the variety of work that she does and the people she works with. Amy lives in Colfax with her husband Tracy and their son Kevin. Nichole (Nickie) Snyder has worked in our office since 2003. She has a certificate for a 10-month accounting program and carries more than 20 years of office experience. Nickie enjoys detailed work, seeing clients, and a variety of other duties. She and her husband, Tim, have 4 children and live in Spring Valley. On the side she enjoys her other part-time job as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Sue Rudesill joins us for another tax season as well. Since 2005, she has cheerfully answered the phone, handed out tax returns, and other duties when Nickie is doing massages at her office. Sue and her husband, Doug, have 4 boys and farm outside of Spring Valley. Hillary (Traynor) Gilles joined our team after moving back to the area in early 2007. She joins "Mom", Amy, Nickie, and Sue by assisting with office work, answering phones, and also maintaining the website. She lives in River Falls with her husband Jesse and children Gabe and Claire, who have started "helping" in the office already.

Christine "Chris" Baier is the newest member of our team. She began doing tax returns in 1969 and has had her own office since 1980. She decided to join us in order to cut back on her work hours so that she can share in our combined manpower with phone correspondence, photocopying, and other preparatory tasks, allowing her to focus primarily on completing the returns and meeting with her valued clients. |
